As many of you know, I transitioned this site into a forensic reference library several months ago. My current work is now shifting from analyzing the scapegoating system and describing the dynamics to Architecting the Exit.
This shift marks my move from diagnosis to action. I have provided the data and the scientific foundation for Family Scapegoating Abuse via my peer-reviewed, published FSA research, thereby legitimatizing the painful experiences of FSA survivors; now I am providing the Architecture of the Exit.
What this means for you: Most advice tells you to go “No Contact,” but many of you know that even when you leave the “house”, the “noise” of the family system plays on in your head. The Scapegoat Exit™ is about Structural De-coupling. It is the moment you stop being the ‘Grounding Wire’ for your family’s systemic instability.
Through my Kintsugi Method for FSA Recovery™, I focus on the “Golden Repair” of the shattered identity—reconstructing the vessel so it can finally contain the light of your “Inviolate” (or “True”) Self. This is the realization of a Core Constancy within an identity structure that the family system can no longer reach or influence.
Said differently: The Exit protocol I have designed ensures you become “Incompatible Hardware.” You aren’t just “healing” from FSA; you are developing a systemic immunity to the family’s pathological projection processes. By removing the internal “hooks” that once allowed their toxicity to take hold, you ensure their patterns no longer have a port to plug into your soul. You are no longer a participant in the machine; you are “encapsulated” and sovereign.
The Masterclass Waiting List: I am currently developing a definitive online Masterclass to walk you through this forensic process. If you are ready to move beyond “surviving” and start the Migration to a sovereign life, join the waiting list here:

To prepare for this level of work, having the foundation of my introductory book on FSA, Rejected, Shamed, and Blamed, is a recommended prerequisite.
