1. THE SOVEREIGN SOURCE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1.1. Proprietary Ownership: All materials, research data, recovery frameworks, and pedagogical structures—including but not limited to The Kintsugi Method™, The Identity Reconstruction Framework™, and The Self-Restoration Framework™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Rebecca C. Mandeville. 1.2. No Authorization: No third party is authorized to teach, re-brand, or commercially exploit these frameworks. Use of the term “Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA)” in a commercial or clinical capacity without explicit written license from the Founder is a violation of proprietary rights. 1.3. Derivative Works: You may not modify, translate, or create derivative works from the content in this Workspace.
2. THE WORKSPACE ENVIRONMENT (ZERO TOLERANCE)
2.1. Not a Support Group: This is a forensic educational workspace. It is not a crisis center, a standard support group, or a medical facility. 2.2. Behavioral Guardrails: We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for “Venting,” “Splitting,” “Trauma-Looping,” or harassment. 2.3. Immediate Eviction: The Founder reserves the absolute, sovereign right to terminate any membership and ban any user at any time, without explanation, if their presence is deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Workspace or the welfare of the community. 2.4. Non-Interference: Upon eviction or cancellation, former users are strictly prohibited from contacting current members for the purpose of disparaging the Founder or inciting financial disputes. Such actions will be prosecuted as Tortious Interference.
3. MEMBERSHIP & FINANCIALS
3.1. Recurring Billing: Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. By joining, you authorize these recurring charges. 3.2. No Refunds: One-time Product purchases (such as online course modules) may be completed via Stripe or PayPal. Due to the digital and proprietary nature of the research provided, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. 3.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. MEDICAL & LEGAL DISCLAIMER
4.1. Educational Purpose Only: Rebecca C. Mandeville is a researcher and educator. She is not acting as your therapist, physician, or crisis counselor. 4.2. No Liability: You assume all risk for the application of these educational frameworks. This Workspace does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. If you are in crisis, you must seek emergency medical services.
5. INDEMNIFICATION & ARBITRATION
5.1. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Rebecca C. Mandeville against any loss or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms. 5.2. Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, conducted virtually.
