1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing scapegoatrecovery.com, your hosted content on Fourthwall, or purchasing via our authorized Merchant of Record (also Fourthwall), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern the use of the FSA Education™ and FSA Recovery™ digital library and our secure learning portal. If you disagree with any part, you must cease use of the Service immediately.
1.1. Proprietary Ownership: All materials, research data, recovery frameworks, and pedagogical structures—including but not limited to FSA Education™, FSA Recovery™, The Kintsugi Method for FSA Recovery™, The Identity Reconstruction Framework™, and The Self-Restoration Framework™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Rebecca C. Mandeville.
1.2. Licensing Limits: Use of the terms “Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA) Education™” or “Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA) Recovery™” in a commercial, clinical, or re-branded capacity without an explicit written license from the Founder is a strictly prohibited violation of proprietary rights.
2. The Authorized Reseller (Paddle)
You acknowledge that Fourthwall is the “Merchant of Record” and authorized reseller for all digital products, masterclasses, and subscriptions. While Rebecca C. Mandeville provides the content and research, your financial transaction and tax processing are handled by Fourthwall and their payment processor, Stripe. Their terms apply to the online course membership and products and payment process.
3. Nature of the Work & “Sovereign Source” Protocol
By engaging with the Service, you acknowledge these materials are provided for educational, research, and self-restoration purposes only.
- Intellectual Property: All content, educational frameworks, and terminology are the exclusive intellectual property of Rebecca C. Mandeville.
- Non-Redistribution: You are granted a single-user license for personal integration. Redistribution, “scraping,” or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Professional Disclaimer (Educational Scope)
While the Service provides proprietary FSA Recovery™ frameworks and methodologies, these materials are for educational and research purposes only. They are not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, medical or mental health advice. Use of these frameworks does not constitute a therapist-client relationship. You assume all risk for the application of these educational models.
5. Membership & Subscriptions
- Access: Subscription to a recurring “Membership” tier grants access only for the duration of the active billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard on Fourthwall. For direct assistance with billing or order history, you may also utilize the Fourthwall’s customer support tools. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid (billing) period.
6. Termination & Security of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any conduct we deem a breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized Commercial Use: Attempting to resell or redistribute proprietary research or recovery models.
- Data Integrity Breaches: Engaging in automated scraping, “mirroring,” or unauthorized data mining.
- Security & Privacy Compromise: Any activities intended to harass, threaten, or compromise the digital security and personal privacy of the Service’s systems, staff, or its creator.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall Rebecca C. Mandeville be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the FSA Education™ or FSA Recovery™ frameworks.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
