2. Due to the proprietary, research-based nature of our FSA Education™ and FSA Recovery™ frameworks and the immediate delivery of our digital assets, all sales are final. Once access is granted to the secure classroom or a digital file is downloaded, the intellectual value has been transferred. We protect this value through active monitoring for unauthorized use and ‘data scraping’ to ensure the Intellectual Property of the Creator (FSA Education™) remains secure.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: While all sales are final, we are committed to the integrity of your experience. If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to your materials that Fourthwall’s support team could not resolve, or if you have a duplicate purchase error, please contact us within 7 days of your transaction.
